The mission of Friends of The Colony Animal Services is to support and complement the work of the Animal Control staff, caring for the animals in a professional, compassionate, and courteous manner so each animal can be adopted into FURever home.

Friends of The Colony Animal Services strives to protect and nurture The City of The Colony's lost, homeless, abused, injured and sick pets. We seek to provide animals the opportunity to be reclaimed, adopted, rehabilitated, or rescued. It is the mission for Animal Service Officers and volunteers to pursue a positive synergy and to service the citizens and pets of The Colony.

Friends of The Colony Animal Services assist with fundraising for medical fund, city wide adoption events along with civic events to educate and promote our shelter.
